Rebekah Pehrson

Attorney and owner

A small office, so you always talk to the lawyer who has read your file.

I came to this work from a busy family law practice, where adoptions were the cases people asked the best questions about and got the least time. Pehrson Law is the office I wanted to send them to: small, unhurried, with one lawyer who knows the file.

I keep my caseload low on purpose. I draft my own agreements, call you back myself and tell you what I think a judge will want to hear, even when that's slower than you'd hoped.

I'm a Provo local. When I'm not in the office I'm usually hiking one of the canyons or trying a new bread recipe.

What working with me looks like

  • Questions first

Nothing is too small or too awkward to ask. The home study, the money and the what-ifs all get a straight answer.

  • The same lawyer throughout

The person who drafts your agreement is the person at your hearing.

  • Plain language

Every agreement comes with a short note in ordinary words saying what it does and what it asks of you.
